MUTTON CURRY IN AFGHANI STYLE

Ingredients

Mutton (boiled with water 3 glass salt 1 tsp heaped) (keep the stock)     1 kg

Tomatoes (grind)                              ½ kg

Yogurt                                                6 tbsp

Green chili                                         4

Ginger (julienne)                             1/4th cup

Crushed black pepper                    1 tsp

Red chili powder                             1 tsp

Spices powder                                 1 tsp

Oil                                                      ½ cup

Fresh coriander                               handful

 

Method

Put a pan on the stove and add oil and heat it up add green chili, boiled mutton and fry for a minute. Then add crushed black pepper, red chili powder, Spices powder, yogurt, tomatoes, and stock mix well and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on surface. Add salt to your taste. Now add fresh coriander, ginger mix and simmer for 4 minutes. Yummy curry is ready serve hot with bread or boiled rice.
